Durante el desarrollo de las actividades del proceso de contratación de un empleado de la compañía objeto de estudio, se realizan de forma manual, desorganizada y sin controles en las actividades realizadas, la cual lleva a pérdidas de información, falta de comunicación, errores humanos y administrativos, tomando mucho tiempo para la realización de este proceso; reduciendo la efectividad tanto de los empleados como de los administrativos de este ente. Estas dificultades presentes en la compañía se pueden corregir haciendo uso de las nuevas tecnologías presentes en el mercado, logrando controlar y gestionar este proceso, creando una integración para desarrollar y cumplir con los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía, usando las buenas prácticas en la ejecución de las actividades reconociendo la importancia de la eficacia y la eficiencia del proceso. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, se planeó desarrollar un sistema para la gestión, el control y la automatización del proceso de contratación de la organización, haciendo uso de las tecnologías de desarrollo en aplicaciones hibridas e industria 4.0; con el objetivo de realizar un seguimiento continuo de las operaciones realizadas, optimizando, reduciendo los errores y mejorando la relación costo/beneficio en toda la compañía. ABSTRACT During the development of the activities of the recruitment process of an employee of the company under study, they are performed manually, disorganized and without controls in the activities carried out, which leads to losses of information, lack of communication, human and administrative errors, taking a lot of time for the realization of this process; reducing the effectiveness of both the employees and the administrative ones of this entity. These difficulties present in the company can be corrected by making use of the new technologies present in the market, managing to control and manage this process, creating an integration to develop and meet the company’s strategic objectives, using good practices in the execution of activities recognizing the importance of the effectiveness and efficiency of the process. In view of the above, it was planned to develop a system for the management, control and automation of the organization’s contracting process, using development technologies in hybrid applications and industry 4.0; with the objective of continuously monitoring the operations carried out, optimizing, reducing errors and improving the cost/benefit ratio throughout the company.
