Se procede a elaborar un análisis de que normatividad es aplicable, de acuerdo con el alcance del periodo a trabajar, teniendo como referencia y soporte al Estatuto Tributario, se procede a la realización de la hipótesis de manera que la empresa se informe del proceso y se hagan responsables de la obligación tributaria respectiva. In this work we did an tributary analysis for a company that the principal economic activity is the catering where we can see a divert of taxes over the sales. We proceed to make an analysis about the applicable normative, agree with the range to the period to work, having in mind the reference and support with the tributary statute, we proceed to make an hypothesis with the way that the company informed about the process and make responsable with the respective responsibility
