Efecto De La Aplicación De Hormonas Para Inducir El Cambio Del Tamaño De Cabeza Floral De La Rosa (Rosa Sp) Variedad Freedom En El Municipio De Sesquilé, Cundinamarca

El cultivo de rosas se encuentra ligado a parámetros mínimos de calidad de cabeza floral para ser aceptados como exportación, por ello, el objetivo del presente trabajo es evaluar el tamaño de la cabeza floral en el cultivo de la rosa (rosa sp), variedad freedom. Para llevar a cabo el ensayo se estableció un diseño experimental en bloques completamente al azar con dos tratamientos y un testigo con 4 repeticiones correspondientes a: Tratamiento 0 (T0): tratamiento testigo, manejo tradicional de la finca: enmallado + aplicación de ácido Giberélico, tratamiento 1 (T1): Aplicación ácido Giberélico en dosis 0.2 cc/L y tratamiento 2 (T2): Aplicación de CaO (dosis 58.5 g/ L), boro (dosis 5.85 g/L) y Citoquininas (dosis 0.5 cc/ L), se evaluó el diámetro y la longitud del botón floral, se realizó un ANOVA y una prueba Tukey encontrando que el mejor tratamiento fue el T1 para las variables estudiadas siendo similar estadísticamente al T2, El T1 presento mayor longitud por 0,4 cm sobre el T0 y 0,09 cm sobre el T2 siendo similares estadísticamente, en cuanto al diámetro el T1 presento el mejor resultado con 0,16 cm más que el T0 y 0,09 cm que el T2, de esta manera se puede concluir que el mejor tratamiento es el T1 para las variables estudiadas presentando tamaño de cabeza para rosas Premium. ABSTRACT The cultivation of roses is linked to minimum parameters of floral head quality to be accepted as export, therefore, the objective of the present work is to evaluate the size of the floral head in the cultivation of the rose (rose sp), freedom variety. To carry out the test, an experimental design will be selected in completely randomized blocks with two treatments and a control with 4 repetitions corresponding to: Treatment 0 (T0): control treatment, traditional farm management: mesh + application of Giberélic acid, treatment 1 (T1): Application Giberélic acid in doses 0.2 cc / L and treatment 2 (T2): Application of CaO (dose 58.5 g / L), boron (dose 5.85 g / L) and Cytokinins (dose 0.5 cc / L) , the diameter and length of the floral button was evaluated, an ANOVA and a Tukey test were performed, finding that the best treatment was T1 for the variables studied being statistically similar to T2, T1 had a greater length by 0.4 cm over the T0 and 0.09 cm over T2 being statistically similar, in terms of diameter, T1 presented the best result with 0.16 cm more than T0 and 0.09 cm than T2, so it can be concluded that the best treatment is the T1 for the variab they were studied presenting head size for Premium roses.
