EVALUACION DE LA PRODUCTIVIDAD A PARTIR DE LA IMPLEMENTACION DE TECNICAS LEAN MANUFACTURING EN LA EMPRESA DE ARTES GRAFICAS IMPRESOS PROARLI S.A.S es una monografía que contiene propuestas de mejoramiento a partir de las técnicas Lean Manufacturing para Impresos Proarli S.A.S, una empresa dedicada a la fabricación y comercialización de productos litográficos y de encuadernación. Las propuestas son generadas con el fin último de mejorar las entregas tardías a clientes por medio de la disminución de desperdicios en el proceso productivo y de actividades que no agregan valor al producto, lo que se traduce en el aumento de la productividad a partir del uso adecuado de tiempos, mano de obra y material. Por cosiguiente consta de cuatro fases, la fase 1 o diagnóstico de situación actual, donde se identifican los problemas presentes que afectan el proceso productivo y a su vez la identificación los indicadores actuales; la fase 2 en la cual se realiza la selección y evaluación de las herramientas Lean Manufacturing aplicables de acuerdo a los desperdicios encontrados; la fase 3, que consta de las propuestas de mejora mediante herramientas Lean Manufacturing y finalmente, la fase 4, donde se evaluarán las propuestas de mejora para determinar el impacto de las herramientas en la productividad. ABSTRACT EVALUATION OF PRODUCTIVITY FROM THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LEAN MANUFACTURING TECHNIQUES IN THE PRINTED GRAPHICS ART COMPANY PROARLI SAS is a monograph that contains improvement proposals based on Lean Manufacturing techniques for Proarli SAS, a company dedicated to manufacturing and marketing of lithographic and binding products. The proposals are generated with the ultimate goal of improving late deliveries to customers through the reduction of waste in the production process and activities that do not add value to the product, which translates into increased productivity from the use adequate of time, labor and material. Therefore it consists of four phases, phase 1 or diagnosis of the current situation, where the present problems that affect the productive process are identified and in turn the identification of the current indicators; Phase 2, in which the selection and evaluation of the applicable Lean Manufacturing tools is carried out according to the waste found; phase 3, consisting of the improvement proposals through Lean Manufacturing tools and finally, phase 4, where the improvement proposals will be evaluated to determine the impact of the tools on productivity.
