La condición de habitante de calle en el municipio de Girardot ha causado que esta población no logre satisfacer sus necesidades físicas, emocionales y sociales de forma adecuada causando un déficit en su bienestar humano, lo cual es muy importante para tener una adaptación según Callista Roy; teniendo en cuenta que la adaptación es un proceso de modificación del medio ambiente y las respuestas del individuo para su integración humana, por lo que se plantea: ¿Cuál es el nivel del proceso de adaptación y afrontamiento desde la teoría de Sor Callista Roy relacionado con el bienestar humano del habitante de calle?. El siguiente trabajo tiene como objetivo general: Determinar el nivel del proceso de afrontamiento y adaptación desde la teoría de Sor Callista Roy en el habitante de calle del municipio de Girardot, para contribuir al diseño de intervenciones de Enfermería que fomenten el bienestar humano; para los objetivos específicos: Clasificar el nivel de afrontamiento y adaptación en los habitantes de calle asistentes al Hogar de paso Amigos de Jesús, suministrar la información de los datos obtenidos y analizados al Hogar de Paso Amigos de Jesús y diseñar posibles intervenciones de enfermería al habitante de calle para fomentar el bienestar humano. ABSTRACT: The status of street dweller in the municipality of Girardot has caused this population to not be able to meet their physical, emotional and social needsadequately causing a shortfall in your human wellbeing, which is very important to have an adaptation according to Callista Roy; considering that adaptation is a process of changing the environment and the individual's responses to human integration, so it arises:What is the level of the adaptation and confrontation process from Sor Callista Roy's theory relating to the human well-being of the street dweller? The following work is intended as a general objective: To determine the level of the coping and adaptation process from the theory of Sister CallistaRoy in the street dweller of the municipality of Girardot, to contribute to the design of interventions Nursing Department that promotes human well-being; for specific objectives: Classify the level of coping and adaptation in the street dwellers who are assistants to the Friends of Jesus Passing Home,provide the information of the data obtained and analyzed to the Friends of Jesus Passing Home and designpossible nursing interventions to the street dweller to promote human well-being.
