Item Estudio para la actualización del modelo coso para la empresa de transporte rey de reyes.(2018-01-23) Galeano Salamanca, Jenny Alejandra; Pulido Reyes, Lina YurleyRESUMEN:La investigación para el estudio de actualización de un modelo COSO en la empresa transporte publico especial rey de reyes en el municipio de Fusagasugá, busca sufragar las necesidades con las que cuenta la empresa, y que no se han podido corregir, esta necesidad nace con el incremento de sus operaciones a nivel nacional y con la responsabilidad social con la que transmite día a día la confianza en sus usuarios para ser transportados a diferentes partes del país, de esta forma lograr estandarizar los procesos administrativos y operativos y así lograr las metas establecidas por la empresa la cual se basa en buscar la excelencia en todos sus servicios. Por lo tanto, se genera la necesidad de fortalecer las áreas con mayor deficiencia en la empresa desarrollando un plan estratégico que permita mejorar las actividades, la productividad de cada departamento de la empresa y de sus afiliados. ABSTRAC The research for the study for the updating the COSO model in the Rey de Reyes transport company in Fusagasugá city, find to meet the needs with which the company has, and that could not be corrected, this necessity arises with the increase of its operations at nationallevel and with the social responsibility with which it transmits day by day the confidence in its users to be transported to different parts of the country, in this way to achieve standardize the administrative and operative processes and thus to achieve the goals set by the company which is based on seeking excellence in all its services. Therefore, the need to strengthen areas with greater deficiency in the company is generated by developing a strategic plan that allows to improve the activities, the productivity of each department of the company and his affiliates.
