Soporte técnico a la alcaldía del municipio de Arbeláez en la realización del análisis de la encuesta aplicada al personal, la ejecución de las actividades estipuladas en el plan anual de bienestar social laboral, como lo fueron: la capacitación dirigida a los servidores públicos y contratistas; la integración del personal vinculado a la alcaldía municipal a través de la celebración de cumpleaños; la vinculación de la totalidad del personal afiliado a la alcaldía municipal con su participación en las celebraciones municipales (celebración del Corpus Christi, ferias y fiestas), la vinculación de la población Arbelaence en la participación de cursos y capacitaciones brindados por instituciones educativas ajenas al municipio como el SENA, junto con la realización de la gestión documental y actualización de las bases de datos. Technical support to the municipality of Arbeláez in carrying out the analysis of the survey applied to the staff, the execution of the activities stipulated in the annual social welfare plan, as they were: the training directed to public servants and contractors; the integration of the personnel linked to the municipal mayor's office through the celebration of birthdays; linking all the personnel affiliated with the municipal mayor's office with their participation in the municipal celebrations (celebration of Corpus Christi, fairs and festivals), linking the Arbelaence population in the participation of courses and training provided by educational institutions outside the municipality like the SENA, along with the realization of the documentary management and updating of the databases.
