Resumen: En este artículo, se busca analizar el estado administrativo, financiero y la gestión deportiva del Club La Roca de Basketball. Se analiza la constitución documental del club y su desempeño en los procesos para posesionarse dentro de la estructura deportiva participativa y competitiva del ciclo olímpico en los que intervienen los deportistas de las diferentes categorías y las dos ramas (femenina y masculina), dando respuesta al objetivo planteado por el club en su constitución al Sistema Nacional del deporte. Se trabajó en la recopilación documental del club, se revisa los pasos de su proceso legal de constitución a través del Instituto Municipal para la Recreación y el deporte de Soacha, donde fue entregado el documento de reconocimiento deportivo, el Club La Roca Basketball, como reposa en los documentos constitución. A la fecha el Club La Roca Basketball, no cuenta con personería jurídica, lo cual limita el acceso a los recursos físicos y económicos que apoyan a clubes pertenecientes al sistema Nacional del Deporte , para sus proyecciones en sus diferentes fases y niveles de participación y competición a nivel municipal (Soacha) y departamental (Cundinamarca), para ello se debe hacer una revisión y evaluación administrativa, financiera y de gestión deportiva que le permita fortalecer los proceso de legalidad del Club La Roca Basketball, para el buen nombre y crecimiento deportivo de sus deportistas, cuerpo administrativo y musculo financiero. Abstract: In this article, we seek to analyze the administrative, financial and sports management status of Club La Roca de Basketball. The documentary constitution of the club and its performance in the processes to take possession within the participatory and competitive sports structure of the Olympic cycle in which the athletes of the different categories and the two branches (female and male) participate, are analyzed, responding to the objective raised by the club in its constitution to the National Sports System. Work was done on the documentary compilation of the club; the steps of its legal process of constitution were reviewed through the Municipal Institute for Recreation and Sport of Soacha, where the sports recognition document, Club La Roca Basketball, was delivered, as it rests in the constitution documents. To date, Club La Roca Basketball does not have legal status, which limits access to physical and economic resources that support clubs belonging to the National Sports System, for their projections in their different phases and levels of participation and competition. at the municipal (Soacha) and departmental (Cundinamarca) levels, for this, an administrative, financial and sports management review and evaluation must be carried out that allows it to strengthen the legality process of Club La Roca Basketball, for the good name and sports growth of its athletes, administrative body and financial muscle.
