Se realiza por medio de un proceso de diagnóstico de necesidades visualizando las problemáticas del sitio, que genera la necesidad de acompañar el proceso de Orientación profesional en la institución educativa. Contiene estrategias que promueven una adecuada guía que oriente a las estudiantes la elección de una profesión, así como una medición previa y posterior del proceso, dentro de la cual se evidencia el impacto en las estudiantes generado por este ejercicio académico, además de respaldar la idea de que es necesario generar actividades en la temática de Orientación profesional en las cuales orienten a las estudiantes a elegir correctamente una carrera además de motivar a las estudiantes a seguir con su profesión a futuro. ABSTRACT The systematization of experiences "Professional guidance support aimed at eleventh grade students of the Silveria Espinosa Municipal Educational Institution". It is carried out through a process of diagnosis of needs, visualizing the problems of the site, which generates the need to accompany the process of professional orientation in the educational institution. It contains strategies that promote an adequate guide that guides students in choosing a profession, as well as a prior and subsequent measurement of the process, within which the impact on students generated by this academic exercise is evidenced, in addition to supporting the idea that it is necessary to generate activities on the subject of career guidance in which they guide students to correctly choose a career in addition to motivating students to continue with their profession in the future
