Análisis de la oferta y la demanda de sector turismo en el municipio de soacha

Resumen: El turismo en el departamento de Cundinamarca está teniendo un incremento de viajeros o turistas que desean explorar y conocer las diferentes culturas que ofrecen dentro de un mismo departamento, revisando información sobre el turismo en Cundinamarca, específicamente en la provincia del Sumapaz, se evidencia que existe poca información relacionada con la oferta y demanda de dicho sector en todos los municipios que conforman la provincia. El macro proyecto que se realiza y abarca temas significativos como lo son el crecimiento económico y el desarrollo económico de las provincias, con el fin de clasificar los servicios turísticos de cada uno de los municipios de la región. Está investigación está encaminada a analizar y potenciar la capacidad de oferta y demanda del turismo como aporte al desarrollo del estudio del subsector del Municipio de Soacha Se indagó acerca del potencial que tiene la Provincia Soacha-Sibate para el desarrollo de productos del turismo rural, identificando factores por intervenir para la consolidación como destino turístico en el interior del país. La metodología utilizada en este estudio es descriptiva concluyente, consistió en una exploración de mercados orientada a identificar los hábitos y las tendencias de los consumidores que hacen uso de servicios de turismo rural en el departamento de Cundinamarca Cabe resaltar que el municipio de Soacha presenta problemáticas en aspectos como la seguridad y movilidad dificultando el desarrollo en su sector turístico. Abstrac: The tourism in the department of Cundinamarca is showing an increase of travelers or tourists who want to explore and to know different cultures offered within the department, reviewing information on tourism in Cundinamarca, specifically on the Sumapaz province, it is evident the lack of information related to the supply and demand of this sector in every municipality that makes up the province. The macro project being carried out covers significant topics such as: economic growth and economic development of the provinces, in order to classify the tourist services of each municipality of the region. This research seeks to analyze and enhance the supply and demand capacity of tourism as a contribution to the development of the study of the subsector in the Municipality of Soacha. We inquired about the potential of the Soacha-Sibate Province for the development of rural tourism products, identifying factors to intervene in its consolidation as a tourist destination in the inner part of the country. The methodology used in this study is conclusive descriptive, consisting of a market exploration aimed at identifying the habits and trends of consumers who make use of rural tourism services in the state of Cundinamarca. It should be noted Soacha presents problems in aspects such as security and mobility hindering the development of its tourism sector.
