Item El club Maracaneiros y el club Fénix a la luz de la normatividad(2022-05-26) Salazar Rios, Cristian Steven; Salinas Medina, Yeison Camilo; Diaz Medina, Oscar JavierResumen En Colombia la conformación de los clubes deportivos se desarrolla a partir del cumplimiento de diversos requisitos, con la intensión de que todos estén en capacidad de ofrecer a los deportistas la mejor calidad posible y disminuir los posibles riesgos que se pueden presentar cuando no se cuenta con la experticia y la formación suficientes para ese tipo de actividades. Por esa razón en el actual estudio se evalúa a un club de futbol ya conformado a la luz de la ley del deporte, por medio del uso de una metodología cualitativa documental, de tal manera que a partir de la revisión de los documentos del club y la comparación con la ley se pueda establecer si el mismo cumple cabalmente con la normatividad vigente. Abstract In Colombia, the formation of sports clubs is developed from the fulfillment of various requirements, with the intention that all can offer athletes the best possible quality and reduce the possible risks that may arise when there is no sufficient expertise and training for this type of activity. For this reason, in the current study, an already formed soccer club is evaluated considering the sports law, using a documentary qualitative methodology, in such a way that from the review of the club's documents and the comparison with the law can be established if it fully complies with current regulations.
