Análisis de la demanda turística en el municipio de sibaté

RESUMEN:La presente investigación se enfoca en el análisis de la capacidad de demanda del turismo como aporte al desarrollo del Municipio de Sibaté. El problema detectado en el turismo del municipio es que existen factores críticos que afectan la calidad en la prestación de los servicios turísticos ofrecidos al visitante. Esta investigación tiene como objeto buscar el acercamiento con los turistas para así tener una caracterización concreta de las necesidades del visitante y qué le gustaría que se creara para incentivar su visita con más frecuencia, para este caso se plantean objetivos específicos como identificar el aporte que le da el servicio turístico a la economía del municipio. La metodología utilizada consistió en tomar una población de 88 personas a las cuales se les realizaron encuestas para identificar los hábitos y las tendencias de los turistas que hacen uso de los diferentes servicios que ofrece el municipio. Éste proyecto se realizó considerando aspectos de gran relevancia como lo son la capacidad de demanda con que cuenta la provincia del Sumapaz y específicamente el municipio de Sibaté para atender las necesidades del turista, escuchar sus requerimientos e ideas. Como conclusión surge la necesidad de diseñar estrategias que fomenten la innovación y la organización de los servicios turísticos que propicien la prestación de un servicio de calidad, y de esta forma se atraerá mayor número de visitantes que generaran mayores ingresos y aumento de la economía del municipio. ABSTRACT: This research focuses on the analysis of the capacity of tourism demand as a contribution to the development of the municipality of Sibaté. The problem detected in the tourism of the municipality is that there are critical factors that affect the quality of the tourist services offered to visitors. This research aims to find the approach with tourists to have a specific characterization of the needs of the visitor and what you would like to be create to encourage his visit more frequently, for this case raised objectives specific to identify the contribution that gives the tourist service to the economy of the municipality. The methodology used consisted of taking a population of 88 persons to which surveys were conducted to identify the habits and trends of tourists who make use of the various services offered by the municipality. This project was carried out taking into account aspects of great importance such as the ability to demand that has the Sumapaz province and specifically the municipality of Sibaté to cater to tourists, listen to your requirements and ideas. Conclusion comes the need to design strategies that foster innovation and organization of tourism services that promote the provision of a service of quality, and in this way is will attract increased number of visitors that generate higher incomes and increase in the economy of the municipality
