Item Estudio para la operación de la ruta melgar-ibagué-melgar de la empresa de transporte público cootransmelgar(2017-12-04) Devia Suarez, Yiseth Vanesa; Cortes Pabón, Yessica AndreaRESUMEN: El proyecto se enfatiz en dar solución a una de las problemáticas que hoy vive el municipio de Melgar y la ciudad de Ibagué, debido a que no cuenta con una ruta de origen-destino como lo brindaría la Cootransmelgar. Además se busca obtener un posicionamiento a nivel nacional y mejorar la competitividad y rentabilidad de la empresa, logrando así brindar mayor cobertura a los usuarios. Para ello se llevó a cabo diferentes estudios como lo son: el de mercado, el técnico, el organizacional, el legar y el financiero.
