El presente diagnóstico tiene como propósito evaluar la gestión contable y tributaria de ZETA Ingeniería Especializada S.A.S., enfocándose en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales y contables, con el objetivo de identificar oportunidades de mejora y formular recomendaciones pertinentes. Para ello, se plantea una revisión detallada de los registros contables y los estados financieros, verificando su conformidad con las normas internas y la legislación vigente, lo que permitirá asegurar la confiabilidad de la información financiera. Asimismo, se desarrollarán proyecciones financieras al cierre del año 2025, con el fin de establecer un estado de situación financiera y un estado de resultados integral que reflejen el desempeño esperado de la empresa. Estas proyecciones servirán como base para realizar un estimado del impuesto de renta de persona jurídica correspondiente al mismo periodo, mediante un ejercicio de conciliación fiscal que permita anticipar las obligaciones tributarias y facilitar la toma de decisiones estratégicas. The purpose of this diagnostic assessment is to evaluate the accounting and tax management of ZETA Specialized Engineering S.A.S., focusing on compliance with tax and accounting obligations, with the goal of identifying opportunities for improvement and formulating relevant recommendations. To this end, a detailed review of the accounting records and financial statements is being conducted, verifying their compliance with internal standards and current legislation, which will ensure the reliability of the financial information. Furthermore, financial projections will be developed for the end of 2025, in order to establish a statement of financial position and a comprehensive income statement that reflect the company's expected performance. These projections will serve as the basis for estimating the corporate income tax for the same period, through a tax reconciliation exercise that will allow for anticipating tax obligations and facilitating strategic decision-making.
