Plan estratégico para minimizar el riesgo de sanciones por incumplimiento de leyes tributarias

Este estudio analizará las sanciones que pueden surgir por la falta de comprensión de la legislación tributaria y las principales dificultades que enfrentan los contadores al intentar comprender estas reglas. Además, se identificarán y presentarán pautas que los contadores deben considerar al momento de declarar impuestos, brindando orientación contable, tributaria práctica y aplicable. El problema es la complejidad y amplitud de la legislación tributaria, que puede llevar a una mala interpretación de las reglas y las consiguientes sanciones financieras. Por lo tanto, es necesario desarrollar un plan estratégico que permita a los contadores aplicar de manera óptima las leyes tributarias en la preparación y presentación de diversos impuestos colombianos con el fin de minimizar el riesgo de sanciones financieras. El planteamiento del problema se centra en la importancia de comprender las leyes tributarias colombianas para evitar sanciones financieras. Para observar cuales eran las principales dificultades de los contadores para comprender el Estatuto Tributario y poder ejecutar el plan estratégico se realizó una encuesta para tener en cuenta los diferentes puntos de vista y en esta encuesta se pudo observar que su mayoría reafirmaron varias hipótesis obtenidas desde el inicio respecto a la comprensión del E.T, pues se evidenció que el problema principal es la falta de compresión debido al lenguaje estrictamente técnico que este tiene, lo que conlleva a que se cometan errores que tienen como consecuencia sanciones tributarias. This study will analyze the penalties that can arise from a lack of understanding of tax legislation and the main difficulties that accountants face when trying to understand these rules. Additionally, guidelines that accountants should consider when filing taxes will be identified and presented, providing practical and applicable accounting and tax guidance.The problem is the complexity and breadth of tax legislation, which can lead to misinterpretation of the rules and subsequent financial penalties. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a strategic plan that allows accountants to optimally apply tax laws in the preparation and presentation of various Colombian taxes in order to minimize the risk of financial penalties. The problem statement focuses on the importance of understanding Colombian tax laws to avoid financial penalties. To observe what the main difficulties of accountants were in understanding the Tax Statute and being able to execute the strategic plan, a survey was carried out to take into account the different points of view and in this survey it was observed that the majority reaffirmed several hypotheses obtained from the beginning regarding the understanding of the E.T, since it was evident that the main problem is the lack of understanding due to the strictly technical language that it has, which leads to errors being made that result in tax penalties.
