Evaluación de las condiciones sistématicas para el fomento del emprendimiento en la ciudad de girardot

RESUMEN: El estudio presentado a continuación se deriva de la investigación realizada por la Universidad del Tolima aplicado a la Ciudad de Ibagué cuyo fundamento legal está centrado especialmente en la ley 1014 de 2006, la cual trata de conformar un ecosistema emprendedor nacional y regional, con objetivos y funciones definidas, los resultados no son satisfactorios (GEM, 2014). De acuerdo con kantis para lograr los propósitos buscados de fomento al emprendimiento se debe alcanzar una mayor articulación entre sus componentes y mayor integralidad en sus acciones. Los actores involucrados en el ecosistema emprendedor entendido como el conjunto de relaciones complejas entre entidades y personas emprendedoras con sus entornos tecnológicos, académicos, sociales, políticos y económicos, estimulantes para el desarrollo de iniciativas emprendedoras que se vertebran en torno al eje de la carretera, para esta investigación son: instituciones universitarias, SENA, Cámara de Comercio de Girardot, Instituciones Financieras, Asociación de Juventudes, Alcaldía Municipal de Girardot y Gobernación de Cundinamarca. Son ellos quienes de alguna manera realizan actividades para el apoyo o fomento del emprendimiento. La finalidad de la investigación es demostrar si existe o no integración entre los miembros del ecosistema emprendedor en este caso para la Ciudad de Girardot con el fin de iniciar un trabajo que apunte a mejorar las condiciones sistemáticas del emprendimiento en beneficio para la región. ABSTRACT: The study presented below is derived from the research carried out by the Universidad del Tolima applied to the city of Ibagué whose legal foundation is especially focused on Law 1014 of 2006, which tries to form a national and regional entrepreneur ecosystem, with objectives and defined functions, the results are not satisfactory (GEM, 2014). According to Kantis, to achieve the desired aims of fostering entrepreneurship, a greater articulation must be achieved between its components and greater integrality in its actions. The actors involved in the entrepreneurial ecosystem understood as the set of comlex relationships between entities and enttrepreneurs with their technological, academic social, political and economic environments stimulating for the development of entrepreneurial initiatives that are structured around the axis of the road, for this research they are: university institutions, SENA, Chanber of Commerce of Girardot, financial institutions Youth Association, City Hall of Girardot and Government of Cundinamarca. They are the ones who in some way carry outactivities to support or encourage entrepreneurship. The purpose of the research is to demonstrate whether there is integration amog the members of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in this case for the city of Girardot to initiate a work aimed at improving the systemic conditions of the enterprise for the benefit of the region.
