Es indispensable comprender la importancia que tiene el debido orden de la información financiera en una entidad, para tener seguridad al momento de tomar decisiones, teniendo la certeza de que la información es verídica, razonable, y congruente a la situación real de la compañía. El presente informe tiene como finalidad, concientizar a la EMPRESA DE SERVICIOS TEMPORALES LÍDERES EN GESTION EMPRESARIAL SAS “ELIGEM SAS” sobre la aplicación de análisis en algunos procesos contables como conciliaciones bancarias, registro de las facturas de venta electrónicas, costos, gastos, emisión , transmisión y registro de nómina electrónica en el programa LD5000, archivo y gestión documental de la gestión contable; correspondientes al periodo fiscal 2.021, para aportar al pasante el desarrollo de habilidades a nivel analítico practico, y a la entidad en sus procesos administrativos, económicos y contables. La compañía EMPRESA DE SERVICIOS TEMPORALES LIDERES EN GESTION EMPRESARIAL SAS “ELIGEM 7 SAS”, decidió realizar la verificación y control de a las conciliaciones bancarias elaboradas en lo que lleva del periodo 2021 dando la oportunidad al pasante de aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos en la Universidad de Cundinamarca, así mismo aceptar y tomar las observaciones de mejoras propuestas por el estudiante en los procesos de nómina, archivo y gestión documental y demás en los que se brindó apoyo, con el fin de mejorar y analizar la situación financiera y económica que enfrenta la empresa, también se aplicarán las observaciones realizadas en procedimientos de prácticas contables y financieras. The purpose of this report is to make the TEMPORARY SERVICES COMPANY LEADERS IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SAS "ELIGEM SAS" aware of the application of analysis in some accounting processes such as bank reconciliations, registration of electronic sales invoices, costs, expenses, issuance, transmission and registration of electronic payroll in the LD5000 program, file and document management of accounting management; corresponding to fiscal period 2021, to provide the intern with the development of skills at an analytical-practical 8 level, and to the entity in its administrative, economic and accounting processes.
