Evaluación comparativa del rendimiento energético de un sistema fotovoltaico autónomo con carga variable en dc utilizando panel solar monocristalino versus policristalino, en condiciones climáticas del municipio de fusagasugá.

En la actualidad el abastecimiento de la demanda energética en Colombia presenta uno de los problemas ambientales más importantes del momento, de ahí la discusión de si incursionar en el empleo de modelos energéticos, basados en energías renovables es favorable ante la relación de generación de energía y rendimiento de la misma. El siguiente trabajo presenta el diseño e implementación de dos sistemas fotovoltaicos uno de tipo monocristalino y el otro de tipo policristalino, ubicado en la sede principal de la Universidad de Cundinamarca en el municipio de Fusagasugá, para comparar el rendimiento energético en ambos paneles solares, mediante la evaluación de las características de funcionamiento con cargas variables en dc. La metodología consistió en el registro de variables sobre los paneles y la carga de voltajes, corrientes, potencias, temperatura y humedad (estas dos últimas solo en los módulos) por medio de un sistema de adquisición de datos automático; en cuanto a la irradiancia esta medición se realizó de forma manual. Partiendo de los datos obtenidos se generaron gráficas y análisis que dieron como resultado preliminar diferencias en el comportamiento del rendimiento energético con carga para ambos paneles en algunos intervalos de tiempo. No obstante, con el uso del método estadístico prueba t-student se obtiene un valor de p=0,445 concluyendo que no existen diferencias estadísticamente significativas en cuanto al rendimiento enérgico con carga para los paneles empleados en este estudio. Now a days the supply of energy demand in Colombia presents one of the most important environmental problems at the moment, hence the discussion of whether to venture into the use of energy models based on renewable energy is favorable to the relationship of power generation and performance of the same. The following work presents the design and implementation of two photovoltaic systems, the first one of monocrystalline type and the other of polycrystalline type, located in the main headquarters of the University of Cundinamarca in the municipality of Fusagasugá, to compare the energy efficiency in both solar panels, through the evaluation of the performance characteristics with variable loads in dc. The methodology consisted in the registration of variables on the panels and the loading of voltages, currents, powers, temperature and humidity (these last two only in the modules) by means of an automatic data acquisition system; In terms of irradiance, this measurement was performed manually. Based on the data obtained, graphs and analyzes were generated, which resulted in preliminary differences in the behavior of the energy efficiency with load for both panels in some time intervals. However, with the use of the t-student test statistical method, a value of p = 0.445 is obtained, concluding that there are no statistically significant differences in terms of the energetic performance with load for the panels used in this study.
