Item Elaboración de un manual de calidad para el instituto de inglés interamerican en fusagasugá(2016-11-30) Cruz Arevalo, Jhonnatan Andres JoseRESUMEN: Estrategia de calidad centrada en la creación de un manual de calidad en sus primeras etapas usando la NTC 5555 y 5580 basadas en la norma ISO 9001 para institutos de inglés, esta estrategia nace inicialmente de las estrategias obtenidas por medio de la matriz DOFA la cual fue obtenida por medio de un diagnostico interno en el cual se ve que la empresa no se encuentra bien en el área de calidad, se complementa con una encuesta de satisfacción que indica que hay que mejorar cuestiones relacionadas con el cliente y un benchmarking que permite comparar la empresa con otras del mismo sector en la ciudad. ABSTRACT:Quality strategy focused on the creation of a quality manual in its early stages using NTC 5555 and 5580 based on the ISO 9001 standard for English institutes, this strategy was born initially from the strategies obtained through the DOFA matrix which was obtained through an internal diagnosis in which it is seen that the company is not well in the area of quality, is complemented by a satisfaction survey that indicates that there is a need to improve client-related issues and a benchmarking that allows comparing the Company with others of the same sector in the city.
