TRAING TRABAJOS DE INGENIERIA S.A.S es una mediana empresa de Ingeniería Civil fundada el 29 de enero 1996 por los ingenieros Alexis Javier Mayorga Ramírez y Edgar Eduardo Santacruz Morales con el objeto de brindar soluciones en proyectos de diseño y construcción de obras civiles en el sector público y privado. Teniendo en cuenta que la empresa aún no cuenta con el área de Gestión Humana, es necesario desarrollar los procesos y procedimientos que permitan establecer los parámetros de acuerdo a las funciones y responsabilidades que debe cumplir cada uno de los colaboradores dependiendo del rol que desempeñe en la compañía. Por esta razón, se elabora la propuesta para el desarrollo del área de Gestión de Talento Humano de TRAING TRABAJOS DE INGENIERIA S.A.S la cual se ajuste a los requerimientos de la compañía para mejorar los procesos y así contribuir con el óptimo funcionamiento de la organización. Con el fortalecimiento del área de gestión humana en la empresa TRAING TRABAJOS DE INGENIERIA S.A.S se busca impactar positivamente los resultados de los procesos de reclutamiento, selección y contratación entre otros, lo cual junto a políticas definidas de motivación y retención del personal competitivo; permitirá generar oportunidades de crecimiento laboral y personal lo que contribuirá aún más al crecimiento integral de los colaboradores y de la organización. TRAING TRABAJOS DE INGENIERIA SAS is a medium-sized civil engineering company founded on January 29th, 1996 by engineers Alexis Javier Mayorga Ramírez and Edgar Eduardo Santacruz Morales with the aim of providing solutions in design and construction of civil projects in the public and private sectors. Because the company does not yet have a Human Resource department, it is necessary to develop processes and procedures that allow for establishing guidelines according to the different functions and responsibilities that each of the employees must fulfill depending on the role that they perform in the company. For this reason, the proposal for the development of the Human Resource department of TRAING TRABAJOS DE INGENIERIA S.A.S is being prepared and adjusted to the companies requirements in order to improve the processes and thus contribute to the optimal functioning of the organization. The strengthening of the human resource department in TRAING TRABAJOS DE INGENIERIA S.A.S aims to positively impact the results of the recruitment, selection and hiring processes among others and combined with defined policies of motivation and retention of qualified personnel; will allow employment and personal growth opportunities which will contribute even more to the integral growth of the companies workforce and of the organization itself.
