Esta Propuesta presenta una metodología para realizar el estudio prospectivo y estratégico de la Universidad de Cundinamarca al año 2019, con el fin de precisar las tendencias y fuerzas que afectan el desarrollo de la Universidad, y construir los escenarios posibles en que se va a desarrollar la institución para de allí escoger "el escenario a puesta", buscando optimizar los procesos de planeación estratégica y reducir de esta manera la incertidumbre . Las técnicas utilizadas por el modelo de la prospectiva son, el análisis estructural MICMAC , el análisis morfológico , el ábaco de Regneier y el consensus , técnicas que ademas de ser democráticas son flexibles y buscan obtener el consenso de los actores de la comunidad Universitaria This Proposal presents a methodology to carry out the prospective and strategic study of the University of Cundinamarca in 2019, in order to specify the trends and forces that affect the development of the University, and build the possible scenarios in which the Institution to choose "the setting scenario", seeking to optimize strategic planning processes and thus reduce uncertainty. The techniques used by the prospective model are, the MICMAC structural analysis, the morphological analysis, the Regneier abacus and the consensus, techniques that in addition to being democratic are flexible and seek to obtain the consensus of the actors of the University community
