Caracterización del emprendimiento de microempresarios del municipio de Soacha.

Este trabajo está orientado a caracterizar el emprendimiento de microempresarios en Soacha, Cundinamarca. Para determinar los obstáculos y problemas que condicionan a los emprendedores y microempresarios a partir de la descripción de sus características y del perfil emprendedor detectado en el municipio, con el fin de establecer una estrategia de mejora que permita fortalecer al microempresario y el proceso emprendedor en la región. Se realizaron encuestas a microempresarios y entrevistas a tres representantes de las instituciones presentes en el municipio que buscan fomentar y fortalecer el emprendimiento, encontrando así, falencias como: el nivel de formación básico y la baja capacitación de los microempresarios, su falta de financiación y poca asociatividad. Finalmente se estableció una estrategia de mejora que responde en orden secuencial, ordenado y lógico a los problemas detectados, la cual está conformada por tres alternativas de solución: Una asociación entre microempresarios, una capacitación empresarial y la creación de un banco de emprendedores en el municipio. Abstract: This work is aimed at characterizing the entrepreneurship of microentrepreneurs in Soacha, Cundinamarca. To determine the obstacles and problems that condition entrepreneurs and microentrepreneurs based on the description of their characteristics and the entrepreneur profile detected in the municipality, in order to establish an improvement strategy to strengthen the microentrepreneur and the entrepreneurial process in the region. Surveys were carried out with microentrepreneurs and interviews with three representatives of the institutions present in the municipality that seek to promote and strengthen entrepreneurship, thus finding shortcomings such as: the level of basic education and the low training of microentrepreneurs, their lack of funding and little associativity. Finally, an improvement strategy was established that responds in sequential, ordered and logical order to the problems detected, which is made up of three alternative solutions: An association among microentrepreneurs, a business training and the creation of a bank of entrepreneurs in the municipality .
