En el proceso de la Iniciación Deportiva, es importante analizar los factores que influyen sobre él, esto para poder llevar a cabo un proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje exitoso. En el presente proyecto se determinaron los factores determinantes en el desarrollo de la Iniciación deportiva de la natación, teniendo como eje fundamental el juego motriz dirigido. Mediante un proceso de observación en la iniciación deportiva del fútbol con niños de 8 a 13 años del proyecto CARD de la Universidad de Cundinamarca, se caracterizaron elementos vinculados directamente con la interacción del docente con base en la aplicación de un plan pedagógico. El proceso se analizó de forma cualitativa, observando las funciones del docente y la aplicación de las habilidades para cumplir con dichas funciones. También se identificaron características que emergen de dichas funciones básicas. Las características de estos docentes formadores permiten llevar una relación comprensiva y exitosa con la población, que se ve reflejada en el aprendizaje directo de la misma. Es evidente que factores simples como la puntualidad, alteran el proceso guiado, permitiendo cambios drásticos en la comparación de lo planeado vs lo ejecutado. Todo lo anterior se determina desde un aspecto reflexivo y comprensivo de las prácticas y los docentes formadores del área de iniciación deportiva. In the process of Sports Initiation, it is important to analyze the factors that influence it, in order to carry out a successful teaching-learning process. In the present project the determining factors were determined during the development of the sports initiation of swimming, having as a fundamental axis the directed motor game. Through a process of observation in the sports initiation of soccer with children from 8 to 13 years of the CARD project of the University of Cundinamarca, elements directly linked to the interaction of the teacher were characterized based on the application of a pedagogical plan. The process was analyzed qualitatively, observing the functions of the teacher and the application of the skills to fulfill these functions. Characteristics that emerge from these basic functions were also identified. The characteristics of these teacher educators allow for a comprehensive and successful relationship with the population, which is reflected in the direct learning of the same. It is evident that simple factors such as punctuality, alter the guided process, allowing drastic changes in the comparison of planned versus executed. All of the above is determined from a reflective and comprehensive aspect of the training practices and teachers in the area of Sports Initiation
