El trabajo de pasantías se realizó en el almacén municipal de la Secretaria General de la Alcaldía de Facatativá, junto con los colaboradores y funcionarios de las Secretarias municipales además de establecer lineamientos administrativos para el tratamiento de bajas de bienes por razones justificadas, de conformidad al decreto 324 de noviembre 29 de 2018 u otra norma nacional vigente, se utilizó la metodología analítica y cualitativa para el destino final de estos bienes sea por transferencia, subasta, incineración, destrucción y/o donación. El informe muestra el proceso que se desarrolló para que se diera cumplimiento a las necesidades de control, periodos y orden en el recibimiento de entregas de activos fijos de las Secretarias municipales. ABSTRACT The internship work was carried out in the municipal warehouse of the General Secretariat of the Mayor's Office of Facatativá, together with the collaborators and officials of the municipal secretaries, in addition to establishing administrative guidelines for the treatment of casualties of goods for justified reasons, in accordance with the decree 324 of November 29 of 2018 or other current national norm, the analytical and qualitative methodology was used for the final destination of these goods, whether by transfer, auction, incineration, destruction and / or donation. The report shows the process that was developed so that control needs, periods and order were met in the receipt of deliveries of fixed assets of the municipal secretaries.
