Caracterización de los factores internos y externos que afectan la prestación del servicio en los hoteles colsubsidio del municipio de ricaurte del año 2016

RESUMEN: La región en la que se encuentra los hoteles de Colsubsidio ha presentado cambios importante, estos hoteles conforman un factor importante para el desarrollo de la economía en este municipio y aledaños, debido a que son la principal fuente de generación de empleo, y constituyen un ente fundamental del sistema económico porque intervienen en la economía y poseen una gran responsabilidad social y permitiendo una mejora continua en los procesos de las ventajas competitivas. Es importante señalar que con la idenficación de los factores que afectan el servicio es una de las medidas en la cual ayudaríamos a los hoteles a reflejar su estadoen el cual le permitiría consolidar mejor sus bases para escalar y lograr un crecimiento organizacional y económico, siendo necesario que se les reconozca y se le adopte las recomendaciones brindadas que es con la finalidad que se realiza este trabajo, entre otras actividades que se considere adecuados para obtener el mejoramiento de la empresa. ABSTRAC: The region in which Colsubsidio hotels are located has presentd important changes, these hotels are an important factor for the development of the economy in this municipality and neighboring, because they are the main source of employment generation, and constitute a fundamental entity of the economic system because they intervene in the economy and have a great social responsibility and allowing a continuous improvement in the processes of competitive advantages. It is important to note that identifyingthe factors that affect the service is one of measures in which we would help the hotelsto reflect their status in which it would allow them to better consolidate their bases for climbing and achieve organizational and economic growth, that they be recognized and adopted the recommendations given that is for the purpose that this work is done, among other activities that they consider appropriateto obtain the improvement of their company.
