Este proyecto fue realizado en el ejercicio de pasantía con el fin de orientar a los estudiantes del grado 11 enfocados al proceso de orientación vocacional, en la institución educativa municipal Emilio Cifuentes, la participación de los estudiantes fue voluntaria con un total de 35 estudiantes del bachillerato. El objetivo de este proyecto es Identificar la relación existente entre intereses y aptitudes vocacionales del estudiante y su inteligencia múltiple predominante. Se desarrolló a través de una metodología cuantitativa que reveló el impacto generado en las tres categorías propuestas, este proyecto innovo el conocimiento de los estudiantes al proporcionarles herramientas virtuales para la identificación de su vocación y de su inteligencia múltiple, se proporcionó un correo propio del departamento de orienta que cumplirá la función de canal de comunicación con la comunidad emilista, para responder preguntas, sugerencias. se creó un canal de YouTube el cual cumplió con el objetivo de información” tutorial” para el diligenciamiento de los test de orientación vocacional CHASIDE y el test de inteligencias múltiples, por último, se creó el aula virtual para los estudiantes donde encontraran cursos precargados, un curso por inteligencia múltiple donde el estudiante podrá potenciar su inteligencia múltiple predominante. Abstract This project was carried out in the internship exercise in order to guide 11th grade students focused on the vocational guidance process, in the municipal educational institution Emilio Cifuentes, the participation of the students was voluntary with a total of 25 high school students . The objective of this project is to identify the relationship between interests and vocational abilities of the student and their predominant multiple intelligence. It was developed through a quantitative methodology that revealed the impact generated in the three proposed categories, this project innovated the students' knowledge by providing them with virtual tools to identify their vocation and multiple intelligence, an email from the department was provided of orientation that will fulfill the function of communication channel with the emilista community, to answer questions, suggestions. A YouTube channel was created which fulfilled the information objective "tutorial" for the completion of the CHASIDE vocational orientation test and the multiple intelligences test, finally, the virtual classroom was created for students where they would find preloaded courses, a course for multiple intelligence where the student will be able to enhance their predominant multiple
