Item Zonas propensas a inundación en el municipio de silvania: aproximación a la normativa y la percepción social del riesgo(2018-01-19) Castillo Cabuyo, Sonia CarolinaRESUMEN: El presente estudio corresponde a un ejercicio de revisión, en el marco del ordenamiento territorial (P.B.O.T) 1 en el municipio de Silvania, en cuanto a zonificación de riesgos y amenazas naturales por inundación como también los parámetros y normativa establecidos en el decreto 1640 de 2012, la ley 388 de 1997, la ley 1523 de 2012 y la ley Orgánica de Ordenamiento Territorial 1454 de 2011. Como complemento a ello se incorpora los principios generales de los POMCAS 2. Es preciso aclarar que la esencia de proyecto se realiza desde una perspectiva Cartográfica, en la cual se busca identificar la espacialidad de la normatividad correspondiente a la zonificación de riesgos y amenazas y los principios que para tal efecto se encuentran establecidos en los POMCAS. En ese orden de ideas se contrasta los aspectos normativos y legales del tema y lo contenido en el documento P.B.O.T del municipio de Silvania. ABSTRACT: This study corresponds to a review exercise, within the framework of land use planning (PBOT) in the municipality of Silvania, regarding the zoning of natural flood risks and threats as well as the parameters and regulations established in decree 1640 of 2012, Law 388 of 1997, Law 1523 of 2012 and the Organic Law of Territorial Ordinance 1454 of 2011. In addition to this, the general principles of the POMCAS are incorporated. It is necessary to clarify that the essence of the project is carried out from a Cartographic perspective, in which it is sought to identify the spatiality of the regulations corresponding to the zoning of risks and threats and the principles that for this purpose are established in the POMCAS. In this order of ideas, the normative and legal aspects of the subject are contrasted and what is contained in the document P.B.O.T of the municipality of Silvania.
