Item Propuesta De Plan Estrategico Para La Empresa Distribuciones Sle Para Los Años 2019 Al 2022(2020-09-17) Castillo Beltran, William SleimanLa empresa Distribuciones Sle esta dedicada a la distribución de productos para la decoración de interiores y exteriores en el sector de la construcción, fue creada el 16 de Septiembre del 2015, en el municipio de Facatativá, debido al crecimiento que esta a tenido dentro del mercado local se creo una bodega de distribución en el municipio de El Rosal. La empresa se creo con los conocimiento empíricos del autor de este trabajo y es por ello que no se creo con una estructura solidad que le ayudara a crear estrategias que ayudaran en su permanencia en el mercado. Se crea una propuesta de Plan Estratégico para le empresa comprendida entre los años 2019 al 2022, para que esta sea aplicada en la empresa y que ayude con su crecimiento. ABSTRACT The company Distribuciones Sle is dedicated to the distribution of products for interior and exterior decoration in the construction sector, it was created on September 16, 2015, in the municipality of Facatativá, due to the growth it has had within the market a distribution warehouse was created in the municipality of El Rosal. The company was created with the empirical knowledge of the author of this work and that is why it was not created with a solid structure that will help you create strategies that will help you stay in the market. A proposal of a Strategic Plan for the company between the years 2019 and 2022 is created, so that it is applied in the company and that helps with its growth
