El objetivo de este proyecto es analizar la participación de la mujer en la Creación de las microempresas en Fusagasugá. Con el fin de determinar, cual es la causa principal de que ellas no puedan cumplir su sueño de crear empresa utilizando sus habilidades en los negocios. Se puede decir que en muchas ocasiones se convierten en un sueño frustrado que nunca se hará realidad por falta de asesoría en emprendimiento. Por otro lado, las mujeres son consideradas como hacendosas esforzadas y valientes, por ello surge la pregunta ¿cuál es la razón por la que no pueden emprender o crear empresa? Será la falta de oportunidades o la falta de reconocimiento. Para responder la pregunta se realizarán entrevistas a mujeres de los barrios Gaitán y Olaya del municipio de Fusagasugá, identificando la participación en cuanto a la sostenibilidad de las microempresas y conocer si cuentan con el apoyo de Programas que fomenten el emprendimiento. The objective of this project is to analyze the participation of women in creation of microenterprises in Fusagasugá. In order to determine, what is the main reason why they can not fulfill their dream of creating a company using their business skills? It can be said that many times they become a frustrated dream that will never become a reality due to lack of entrepreneurship counseling. On the other hand, women are considered industrious and courageous workers, so the question arises, what is the reason why they can not start or create a company? It will be the lack of opportunities or the lack of recognition. To answer the question, interviews will be conducted with women from the neighborhoods of Gaitán and Olaya in the municipality of Fusagasugá, identifying the participation in terms of the sustainability of the microenterprises and knowing if they have the support of programs that encourage entrepreneurship.
