Resumen La revisoría fiscal se convierte en el centro de debates en Colombia ya que existen vacíos conceptuales respecto a su deber ser como institución u órgano de fiscalización, en el año 2022 el Consejo Técnico de la Contaduría Pública de ahora en adelante CTCP planteó una propuesta de reforma a la revisoría fiscal, la cual tiene aspectos muy importantes como las responsabilidades, funciones, denuncia de actos de corrupción, dictámenes y aclara aspectos como la fe pública del revisor fiscal. En el proceso de la investigación se proyecta la implementación del instrumento donde se analizarán datos pertinentes de los contadores públicos en el ejercicio de la revisoría fiscal de la provincia de Ubaté Cundinamarca, la cual permitió determinar el grado de actualización y de apropiación de la normatividad vigente. Estos resultados que se analizaran por medio de la metodología cualitativa, cumpliendo con el objetivo de la propuesta de investigación, que es caracterizar la perspectiva de los contadores públicos en la provincia de Ubaté Cundinamarca sobre la revisoría fiscal. Abstract The tax audit becomes the center of debates in Colombia since there are conceptual gaps regarding its duty as an institution or oversight body. In 2022, the Technical Council of Public Accounting, from now on, CTCP, proposed a reform proposal. to the fiscal auditor, which has very important aspects such as responsibilities, functions, reporting acts of corruption, opinions and clarifies aspects such as the public faith of the fiscal auditor. In the research process, the implementation of the instrument is projected where relevant data from public accountants will be analyzed in the exercise of the fiscal audit of the province of Ubaté Cundinamarca, which allowed determining the degree of updating and appropriation of the current regulations. These results will be analyzed through qualitative methodology, fulfilling the objective of the research proposal, which is to characterize the perspective of public accountants in the province of Ubate Cundinamarca on the tax audit.
