Item La informalidad(2023-03-15) Casas Rojas, Jhon AlexanderEn este documento se realiza una investigación del panorama laboral del músico informal buscando un entendimiento de las principales situaciones, problemáticas, vivencias y generalidades que se afrontan en esta forma de trabajo. Se recopilaron datos de estudios realizados por diferentes entidades los cuales entregan datos de la informalidad, se hicieron encuestas a músicos que han practicado de alguna manera la labor no formal mediante una encuesta entrevista y esto dio datos cualitativos y cuantitativos los cuales brindan detalles de su trabajo, el cómo lo realiza, las necesidades y percepciones de él, lo cual es la base de esta investigación, de igual manera se realizó una encuesta entrevista, a personas contratantes de servicios musicales los cuales aportan datos igualmente cualitativos y cuantitativos aclarando ideas sobre lo que ellos desean y opinan del trabajo informal en la música. Toda la información ha podido ser analizada, dando resultados que permiten entender el medio de trabajo de los músicos informales, llegando así a conclusiones significativas en cuanto a la importancia de este trabajo, las dificultades que surgieron realizándolo, lo más complicado de la investigación y las bases para futuros trabajos que podrían labrar un camino a un mejor ambiente laboral para los músicos In this document, an investigation of the labor ecosystem of the informal musician is carried out, seeking an understanding of the main situations, problems, experiences, and generalities that are faced in this form of work. Data from studies carried out by different entities were collected, which provided data on informality, surveys were made to musicians who have practiced non-formal work in some way through an interview survey and this gave qualitative and quantitative data which provided details of their work, how he does it, the needs and perceptions of it, which is the basis of this research, in the same way an interview survey was carried out, to contracting people of musical services who provide equally qualitative and quantitative data clarifying ideas about what they want and think of informal work in music. All the information has been analyzed, giving results that allow us to understand the work environment of informal musicians, thus reaching important conclusions regarding the importance of this work, the difficulties that arose while doing it, the most complicated part of the investigation and the bases for future jobs that could pave the way to a better work environment for musicians
