Analisis De Las Obligaciones Tributarias Del Club Deportivo Licantropos Rugby De Fusagasuga

En el siguiente trabajo se indaga en la naturaleza de los clubes deportivos en Colombia, como es su separación según sus fines; una gran parte de estos clubes deportivos se forman como asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro, se hace referencia a las obligaciones que estos tienen y todo su contexto, para ello se toma como referencia un club deportivo de Fusagasugá donde primeramente se indagara en cuál es su personería jurídica de acuerdo a la ley 191 de 1995 y una vez clarificado esto se empezara a indagar en cuál es el proceso que debe llevar una entidad sin ánimo de lucro para que pueda solicitar la calificación de contribuyente del régimen de tributación especial la cual es solicitada ante la DIAN, para llegar a tal punto se ubican dentro del trabajo las actas con las que se crearon y fundaron el club LICANTROPOS RUGBY y el reconocimiento deportivo que recibió por parte del instituto de recreación y deportes del municipio que se realizó en el 2013, además se plantea una serie de pasos para que la directiva del club pueda aplicarlos según los plazos estimados que emita la DIAN para el próximo año, de esta manera una vez adentro de este régimen emitir certificados de donaciones que le serán de gran utilidad a sus respectivos donatarios en sus declaraciones de renta respectivas, además se reconoce las diferencias que se presentaron en todo el marco normativo de las ESAL antes de la ley 1819 del 2016 y después de esta ley, por ser una serie de pasos para todo el grupo de entidades sin fines de lucro puede ser utilizado por todas las entidades deportivas de Fusagasugá que actualmente están formalizadas y reconocidas ante el municipio.
