La informacion recopilada por la presente investigacion se puede Implementar en las nuevas administraciones la recuperación del medio ambiente con el diseño de proyectos y que se tenga en cuenta el daño que está generando la explotación del recurso además velar por la legalización de las minas ya que la mayoría están realizando explotación ilegal y no brinda las medidas adecuadas para los trabajadores y para el medio ambiente. La reforma de la SGR permitió la abertura de nuevos municipio de quinta y sexta categoría los cuales antes no se tenían en cuenta en el sistema excepto para las ciudades productoras, sin embargo, la mayor parte de estos proyectos están ubicados en los municipios directamente dependientes del gobierno central del país, donde se explota este mineral a rai de los malos manejos de estas regalías el gobierno se vio en la obligación de repartir de manera uniforme dichos recursos mejorando las condiciones de vida de los diferentes municipios. ABSTRAC The information gathered by this research can be implemented in the new administrations to recover the environment with the design of projects and to take into account the damage that is generating the exploitation of the resource and to ensure the legalization of the mines since most of them are carrying out illegal exploitation and do not provide adequate measures for workers and the environment. The reform of the SGR allowed the opening of new fifth and sixth category municipalities which before were not taken into account in the system except for the producing cities, however, most of these projects are located in the municipalities directly dependent on the central government of the country, where this mineral is exploited due to the mismanagement of these royalties the government was forced to distribute these resources in a uniform manner improving the living conditions of the different municipalities.
