Diseño de un sistema de costos para las lineas de producción de bujes para la empresa fabribujes ltda

En el desarrollo del presente proyecto se expondrá inicialmente un reconocimiento organizacional de la empresa Fabribujes Ltda., ubicada en Bogotá D.C, quien fue la organización objeto de estudio, se mencionaron aspectos legales, comerciales, contables y los técnicos inherentes al desarrollo del objeto social. Se analizó el proceso productivo para la elaboración de bujes, en este se identificaron los tres elementos del costo, de acuerdo a esto se estableció que el sistema de costos más conveniente para Fabribujes es un sistema de costos por órdenes de producción. Se registró una hoja de costos estándar con el fin de conocer el costo de adquisición de la compra de los insumos, los costos de la nómina y demás CIF. Se calculó el costo por unidad de cada una de las referencias producidas por la empresa, se diseñó el sistema de costos y los registros contables de la forma en que se deben realizar dentro de la contabilidad de costos. Por último se diseñó una herramienta informática que permite en tiempo real y de forma automática calcular el costo de los bujes de acuerdo a las órdenes de producción, generando tres de los formatos propuestos en el diseño del sistema de costos. ABSTRACT In the development of the present project it will initially be exposed an organizational recognition of the company Fabribujes Ltda. That is located in Bogotá D.C, which was the organization object of study. It mentioned legal, commercial, accounting and technical aspects inherent to the development of the social object. It analyzed the productive process for the elaboration of bushings, in this project identified the three elements of the cost, according to this it established that the most convenient cost system for Fabribujes is a cost system for production orders. It registered a standard cost sheet in order to know the acquistion cost of the purchased of inputs, payroll costs and other CIF. It calculated the cost per unit of each of the references produced by the company , it designed the cost system and the accounting recrds of the way in wich they should be made within the cost accountin. Finally, it deigned a computer tool that allows in real time and in automatically way calculate the cost of the bushings according to production orders, generating three of the proposed formats in the design of the cost system.
