La empresa “MINIMARKET LOS COMPADRES FS” es una empresa constituida y registrada desde el 01 de marzo de 2021, establecimiento de comercio la cual pertenece al grupo III. Micro empresas, tiene como actividad comercial el comercio al por mayor y al detal de Alimentos, Cigarrería y Licores, por ser una empresa Unipersonal y al sub sector al que pertenece no cuenta con una estructura Contable y Financiera establecida, su propietario no conoce sus responsabilidades fiscales estipuladas en el Estatuto Tributario y la consolidación del libro fiscal, así como los soportes de ingresos y egresos y demás papeles del comerciante. Se requiere implementar el diseño de una estructura Contable y Financiera y de esta forma conseguir mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia de las actividades que esta desarrolla apuntándole a la departamentalización para organizar las funciones que tiene el departamento administrativo, el contable y el operativo. Es necesario establecer unas bases contables, mediante la capacitación del personal y de este modo permitir que se inicie su funcionamiento, cumpliendo así con un elemento fundamental para su estructuración. se puede determinar que existe más desconocimiento en la organización empresarial y en las prácticas contables, por este tipo de empresas, de este modo es necesario el apoyo de las instituciones de educación superior al permitir que los estudiantes de últimos semestres desarrollen su proyecto de grado enfocados en dar solución a las problemáticas que estas empresas presentan y así mismo es una oportunidad para los estudiantes desarrollen y apliquen las habilidades y conocimientos. The company "MINIMARKET LOS COMPADRES FS" is a company incorporated and registered since March 1, 2021, a business establishment which belongs to group III. Microenterprises, its commercial activity is the wholesale and retail trade of Food, Cigar Store and Liquors, as it is a Sole proprietorship and the sub-sector to which it belongs does not have an established Accounting and Financial structure, its owner does not know their tax responsibilities stipulated in the Tax Statute and the consolidation of the fiscal book, as well as the income and expenses supports and other papers of the merchant. It is necessary to implement the design of an Accounting and Financial structure and in this way to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the activities that it develops, pointing to the departmentalization to organize the functions that the administrative, accounting and operational departments have. It is necessary to establish accounting bases, through the training of personnel and thus allow its operation to begin, thus complying with a fundamental element for its structuring. It can be determined that there is more ignorance in the business organization and in accounting practices, by this type of companies, in this way the support of higher education institutions is necessary by allowing students in the last semesters to develop their degree project focused in solving the problems that these companies present and likewise it is an opportunity for students to develop and apply skills and knowledge.
