Capital Social de los Trabajadores Agrícolas de los Municipios de Arbeláez, Cabrera, Pasca y San Bernardo de la región del Sumapaz en el año 2017- 2019

El capital social (CS) se establece como un pilar en la creación o fortalecimiento de las relaciones de una comunidad cuyo objetivo es el bien común. Este estudio muestra el Capital Social de los trabajadores agrícolas de los municipios de Arbeláez, Pasca, Cabrera y San Bernardo que pertenecen a una de las despensas agrícolas con mayor relevancia en el centro de Colombia. Es una investigación cuantitativa-descriptiva, con una muestra 85 trabajadores agrícolas de los municipios de Arbeláez (12), Cabrera (32), Pasca (13) y San Bernardo (28). Se describen las características sociodemográficas como edad, nivel de escolaridad y género, a su vez, se utilizó como instrumento la escala original de Wang et al. Traducida y validada por Fernández Niño, et al. en Tierralta (Córdoba, Colombia), la cual permite medir el nivel de confianza y desconfianza para determinar el CS. En los resultados, las características sociodemográficas presentan que la media de edad de los trabajadores agrícolas encuestados fue de 40 años, en cuanto al género 52% hombres y el 48% mujeres; el 57% presenta algún grado de escolaridad de básica primaria; y la capacidad asociativa de los cuatro municipios en general corresponde al 24%. En cuanto al CS, se estableció que 8 de los enunciados planteados en el instrumento correspondían a confianza y solo 2 a desconfianza, a su vez se pudo evidenciar la media de la escala del CS en cada uno de los municipios Arbeláez (3,13), Cabrera (2.62), Pasca (3.17) y San Bernardo (2.99). ABSTRATC: Social capital (CS) is established as a pillar in the creation or strengthening of the relationships of a community whose objective is the common good. The objective of this study is to determine the Social Capital of agricultural workers in the municipalities of Arbeláez, Pasca, Cabrera and San Bernardo that belong to one of the most relevant agricultural pantries in central Colombia. It is a quantitative-descriptive research, with a sample of 85 agricultural workers from the municipalities of Arbeláez (12), abrera (32), Pasca (13) and San Bernardo (28). Regarding the SC, it was established that 8 of the statements raised in the instrument corresponded to trust and only 2 to mistrust, in turn it was possible to show the mean of the SC scale in each of the Arbeláez municipalities (3,13), Cabrera (2.62), Pasca (3.17) and San Bernardo (2.99).
