Determinación de la calidad del agua mediante variables físico químicas y la comunidad de macroinvertebrados como bioindicadores en la cuenca alta del rio negro (bosque Galilea- Tolima, 2019)

El presente trabajo se realiza en el Bosque Galilea, departamento del Tolima el cual tiene como objetivo “Determinar el estado de la calidad del recurso agua en la cuenca alta del Río negro, mediante parámetros fisicoquímicos establecidos en el Índice de calidad de Agua (ICA) y el análisis de macroinvertebrados como bioindicadores de la fuente (BMWP´COL)”. De la misma forma, se pretende evaluar la relación entre el Índice BMWP´Col y los índices ecológicos de diversidad Shannon, dominancia de Simpson, riqueza de Margalef y equidad de Pielou, con base en las informaciones encontradas, se busca analizar el estado del cuerpo hídrico. Con el índice de Calidad del agua se pretende establecer el uso y estado de conservación. Estas metodologías se realizarán en tres tramos de la cuenca alta del Río Negro el cual es uno de los principales afluente de la represa Hidroprado. La propuesta de investigación que aquí se describe será parte del proyecto Valoración de Servicios Ecosistémicos del Bosque Galilea, liderado por profesionales de la Universidad del Tolima expertos en el área de estudio y la Alcaldía del municipio de Cunday, quienes apoyan considerablemente la fase de ejecución y presentación de resultados. ABSTRACT: This work is carried out in the Galilea Forest, department of Tolima which aims to “Determine the state of the quality of the water resource in the upper basin of the Río Negro, through physicochemical parameters established in the Water Quality Index (ICA) and the analysis of macroinvertebrates as source bioindicators (BMWP´COL) ”. In the same way, it is intended to evaluate the relationship between the BMWP'Col Index and the ecological indexes of Shannon diversity, Simpson's dominance, Margalef's wealth and Pielou's equity, based on the information found, it seeks to analyze the state of the body water The Water Quality Index aims to establish the use and conservation status. These methodologies will be carried out in three sections of the upper Río Negro basin, which is one of the main tributaries of the Hidroprado dam. The research proposal described here will be part of the Galilea Forest Ecosystem Services Assessment project, led by professionals from the University of Tolima, experts in the study area and the Mayor's Office of the municipality of Cunday, who strongly support the execution phase and results presentation.
