Pasantía Área De Correspondencia Y Atención Al Ciudadano De La Secretaría De Tránsito De La Alcaldía De Facatativá

Resumen: El trabajo de la pasantía fue desarrollado en la Secretaría de Tránsito y Transporte del municipio de Facatativá, junto con los funcionarios de esta dependencia se logró realizar un apoyo y mejoramiento en ciertos procesos de atención al ciudadano y radicación de peticiones, con el fin de aumentar los niveles de satisfacción de los usuarios y disminuir la carga laboral de los colaboradores encargados del área de correspondencia. Se hizo uso de la metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa para desarrollar un seguimiento a las peticiones realizadas por la ciudadanía general. Este informe muestra cómo el estudiante fue adquiriendo el conocimiento necesario para ejecutar sus actividades designadas en la pasantía, colaborando con la atención de dudas o inquietudes de los ciudadanos, radicación de trámites y otras labores delegadas por la secretaría del despacho. Se realizó el análisis del área a apoyar y se determinó un nuevo plan de trabajo para mejorar los tiempos de respuesta respecto a la radicación de solicitudes, envío de correspondencia, delegación de ciertas actividades para facilitar el desarrollo de otros procedimientos relacionados a la atención del ciudadano. Abstract: The work of the internship was developed in the Ministry of Transit and Transportation of the municipality of Facatativá, together with the officials of this agency, it was possible to support and improve certain processes of attention to the citizen and filing of petitions, in order to increase user satisfaction levels and reduce the workload of the collaborators in charge of the correspondence area. The qualitative and quantitative methodology was used to monitor the requests made by the general public. This report shows how the student was acquiring the necessary knowledge to carry out his activities designated in the internship, collaborating with the attention of doubts or concerns of the citizens, filing of procedures and other tasks delegated by the office secretary. An analysis of the area to be supported was carried out and a new work plan was determined to improve response times regarding the filing of requests, sending correspondence, delegation of certain activities to facilitate the development of other procedures related to citizen care.
