Item Plan de mercadeo para la finca vacacional la puentana como destino turístico del municipio de viota cundinamarca.(2017-11-23) Bonilla Santamaria, Lesly Patricia; Quiroga Pinzón, Edward AlexanderRESUMEN: La finca La Puentana ubicada en Viota Cundinamarca lleva 5 años prestando el servicio de hospedaje para los diferentes turistas que visitan el municipio, en el presente proyectose le realizó un análisis situacional y un diagnóstico interno y externo con el fin de saber cómo se encontraba actualmente la finca y así mismo crear un plan de mercadeo para aumentar las ventas y lograr un posicionamiento de la finca en el mercado del turismo de la región. ABSTRACT: The farm the puentana located in Viota Cundinamarca has been providing lodging for the different tourists visiting the municipality for 5 years, in the present project a situational analysis was carried out an internal and external diagnosis in order to know how it was currently the farm and likewise create a marketing plan to increase sales and achieve a positioninf of the farm in the tourism market of the region.
