Impuesto De Industria Y Comercio En Los Establecimientos De Comercio Dedicados A La Prestación De Servicios De Belleza En El Municipio De Ubaté Año 2021

En el municipio de Ubaté existen establecimientos dedicados a la prestación de servicios de belleza, parte de ellos informales, es decir que incurren en el incumplimiento de los deberes tributarios del municipio, como el ICA. Por este motivo surge la necesidad de caracterizarlos, clasificarlos y analizarlos con el fin de sugerir estrategias que ayuden a garantizar el cumplimiento en el pago de este impuesto, además de proveer una estadística actualizada de la existencia los mismos. A partir de lo anterior la pregunta planteada para direccionar esta investigación es ¿Qué estrategias se pueden sugerir para mejorar el recaudo del ICA de los establecimientos que prestan el servicio de belleza en el municipio de Ubaté?, Para dar respuesta a este interrogante, se desarrollarán tres objetivos específicos: i) Identificar los establecimientos que se dedican a la prestación de servicios de belleza en el municipio de Ubaté y revisar si cumplen con el pago del ICA, ii) Definir las causas por las cuales existe incumplimiento en el pago del ICA en los establecimientos dedicados a la prestación de servicios de Belleza del municipio y iii) Sugerir estrategias que permitan mejorar el recaudo ICA en los establecimientos de belleza dedicados a la prestación de servicios de belleza en el municipio de Ubaté. Abstrac: In the municipality of Ubaté there are establishments dedicated to the provision of beauty services, some of them informal, that is to say that they incur the breach of the tax duties of the municipality, such as the ICA. For this reason the need arises to characterize, classify and analyze them in order to suggest strategies that help ensure compliance in the payment of this tax, in addition to providing an updated statistic of the existence of the same. Based on the above the question posed to address this research is: What strategies can be suggested to improve the collection of ICA of establishments that provide the beauty service in the municipality of Ubaté? To answer this question, three specific objectives will be developed: i) To identify the establishments that are dedicated to the provision of beauty services in the municipality of Ubaté and to check if they comply with the payment of the ICA, ii) To define the causes of non-payment of the ICA in the establishments dedicated to the provision of Beauty services in the municipality and iii) To suggest strategies to improve the collection of ICA in the beauty establishments dedicated to the provision of beauty services in the municipality of Ubaté.
