El objetivo de este proyecto, fue crear un espacio de aprendizaje, preparación y entrenamiento, para adquirir conocimientos nuevos y aptitudes para el desarrollo e implementacion del P.I.A.R en la institución educativa. Dicho programa se aplicó a los docentes del Liceo Mundo Activo durante tres sesiones donde se socializaron las prácticas y acciones implementadas hasta el momento para la atención educativa y eliminación de barreras y se reflexiona sobre las nuevas que se podrian implementar. El programa se construye apartir de la necesidad detectada por medio de una analisis con efoque educativo y organizacional observando cuales son las competencias, aptitudes, destrezas y conocimientos, disponibles y existentes que poseen los docentes y cuáles deberían tener para desempeñar adecuadamente su trabajo dentro de la educación inclusiva, para trabajar con los estudiantes que presentan dificultades en el aprendizaje o poseen algun tipo de discapacidad. Abstract The objective of this project was to create a space for learning, preparation and training, to acquire new knowledge and skills for the development and implementation of P.I.A.R in the educational institution. This program was applied to the teachers of the Mundo Activo Lyceum during three sessions where the practices and actions implemented so far for educational attention and the elimination of barriers were socialized and the new ones that could be implemented were discussed. The program is built on the basis of the detected need through an analysis with an educational and organizational focus, observing which are the available and existing competencies, aptitudes, skills and knowledge that teachers possess and which ones they should have to adequately perform their work within the inclusive education, to work with students who have learning difficulties or have some type of disability.
