Item Impacto del Régimen Simple de Tributación en las empresas mineras de la provincia de Ubaté – periodo 2019-2020.(2021-12-03) Bello Olaya, Andrey David; Malagón Choconta, Juan DavidEl objetivo principal de esta investigación es identificar el impacto que ha traído el RST en las empresas mineras de la provincia de Ubaté, durante los años gravables 2019 y 2020, para esto se realizara una encuesta, la cual permita evidenciar el conocimiento que tienen las empresas acerca de este régimen y cuáles son las razones que los llevaron a no vincularse al mismo, se realizara un comparativo, entre el régimen ordinario y simple en la empresa operadora minera los túneles SAS , mediante este se va a establecer si es una buena opción o no. Por último, se redactará una propuesta para la misma, en la cual se le dará a conocer una serie de sugerencias, las cuales buscan mejorar el manejo tributario. Abstract: The main objective of this research is to identify the impact that has brought the RST in mining companies in the province of Ubaté, during the taxable years 2019 and 2020, for this a survey will be conducted, which will show the knowledge that companies have about this regime and what are the reasons that led them not to link to it, a comparison will be made between the ordinary and simple regime in the mining operating company Los Tuneles SAS, through this it will be established whether it is a good option or not. Finally, a proposal will be drafted for the same, in which a series of suggestions will be made, which seek to improve tax management
