Se determinó que mediante la programación de actividades secuenciales se lleva a cabo las metas propuestas en los tiempos establecidos. En función del as capacitaciones en temas de seguridad vial es de gran importancia impartirla transversalmente en las instituciones educativas para que desde los primeros años escolares los alumnos tengan un concepto claro de la movilidad y el entorno donde se desarrollan su formación académica. Dentro de las capacitaciones en puntos seguros principalmente a los actores viales motorizados que es la población con más siniestros viales que se presentan en nuestra ciudad, el pretender que sean más responsables la hora de movilizarse y respetar las señales de tránsito y convivir conjuntamente en una movilidad que permita un mejor convivir con los diferentes actores viales. Se pudo determinar que la secretaria de tránsito y transporte requiere urgentemente la sistematización de trámites y refuerzo a la planta de agentes de tránsito por números de habitantes. Se detectó que es importante la articular las capacitaciones con el sector externos y agremiarlos el comité municipal de seguridad vial para que sean partícipes en la toma de decisiones de fondo en temas de movilidad y seguridad vial de nuestro municipio. ABSTRACT: It was determined that by programming sequential activities, the proposed goals are carried out in the established times. Depending on the training in road safety issues, it is of great importance to impart it transversally in educational institutions so that from the first school years students have a clear concept of mobility and the environment where they develop their academic training. Within the training in safe points, mainly to motorized road actors, which is the population with the most road accidents that occur in our city, to pretend that they are more responsible when mobilizing and respecting traffic signs and living together in a mobility that allows a better coexistence with the different road actors. It was possible to determine that the Secretary of Traffic and Transport urgently requires the systematization of procedures and reinforcement of the plant of traffic agents by number of inhabitants. It was detected that it is important to articulate the training with the external sector and unite them with the municipal road safety committee so that they are participants in making substantive decisions on issues of mobility and road safety in our municipality.
