Item El papel de la revisoría fiscal en la problemática de corrupción en Colombia(2023-07-21) Ballen Parra, Nicolas StivenLa Revisoría Fiscal en Colombia cumple un papel de gran importancia en la lucha contra la corrupción la cual está cada vez más presente, en relación a esta temática, el objetivo del artículo es identificar qué papel cumple la revisoría Fiscal en esta lucha, su responsabilidad frente a una situación en la cual se esté presentando esta problemática en una entidad, e identificar como es el control en las entidades públicas y si de este se encarga la Revisoría Fiscal. Para ello se consultaron y analizaron diferentes textos tanto de discusiones académicas como de normatividad, arrojando como hallazgo que efectivamente en el encargo de revisoría fiscal, sí se llega a identificar un caso de corrupción la normatividad exige llevar un debido proceso para poder brindar la información de la situación y esta sea válida y que en el caso de las entidades públicas los órganos encargados del control son la contraloría y la procuraduría general de la nación. The Fiscal Review Office in Colombia plays a role of great importance in the fight against corruption, which is increasingly present, in relation to this topic, the objective of the article is to identify what role the Fiscal Review Office plays in this fight, their responsibility in the face of a situation in which this problem is present in an entity, and identify how the control is in the public entities and whether this is in charge of the Fiscal Review. For this purpose, different texts of both academic and regulatory discussions were consulted and analyzed, showing as a finding that in fact in the order of fiscal review yes, one gets to identify a case of corruption the regulations require that due process be carried out in order to provide the information on the situation and that this is valid and that in the case of public entities, the organs responsible for control are the office of the comptroller and the office of the attorney general of the nation
