En la pasantía realizada, se manejaron diferentes documentos y formatos utilizados tanto por la Facultad de ciencias administrativas económicas y contables, como por el comité de Opciones de Grado de Contaduría; asistimos a capacitaciones sobre el manejo de documentos, recibimos de acuerdo a los horarios establecidos los trabajos de estudiantes y brindamos la información requerida tanto a ellos como a los docentes. Durante este periodo académico existió un crecimiento significativo en cuanto al volumen del archivo que se maneja, puesto que los estudiantes de octavo semestre presentaron la carpeta con La opción de grado que empezaron a desarrollar, dentro de este trabajo se encuentran establecidas las actividades realizadas para el cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos al iniciar con la presente pasantía. During the internship, different documents and formats were used, both by the Faculty of Economic and Accounting Administrative Sciences and by the Accountancy Degree Options Committee; We attend training on the handling of documents, we receive according to the established schedules the work of students and provide the information required both to them and to teachers. During this academic period there was a significant growth in the volume of the file that is handled, since the students of the eighth semester presented the folder with the option of degree that they began to develop, within this work the activities carried out for the compliance with the objectives proposed when starting with this internship.
