El desarrollo de este protocolo es útil para LA SOCIEDAD MEDICA DE ESPECIALISTAS DIAGNOSTICO E IMAGENOLOGIA (MEDSALUD IPS). Porque se tomarán las opciones tanto del cliente interno como externo para con ello verificar la existencia y la necesidad de diseñar el protocolo del sistema de información de atención al usuario, por tal motivo se tendrá en cuenta los aspectos que planteen las personas incluidas en este trabajo de investigación, con el fin de contribuir a mejorar la calidad de atención que la institución de salud debe brindar a los usuarios. Los aportes recibidos y que sean relevantes serán la base para el planteamiento de las estrategias orientadas al diseño del SIAU, las cuales a su vez serán el punto de partida para la documentación posterior de este proceso, su socialización e implementación. El Servicio de Información y Atención al Usuario puede tener un impacto social significativo en varios aspectos. A continuación, se enuncian algunos de los posibles impactos sociales positivos que puede tener este tipo de servicio.
