Partiendo de la línea de investigación desarrollo organizacional y regional, comprendida dentro del sistema de gestión de proyectos de inversión empresarial de la universidad de Cundinamarca se pretende crear un negocio en la ciudad de Girardot llamado “N Y J PROPIEDAD HORIZONTAL AL ALCANCE DE TODOS” cuya finalidad es brindar un servicio administración de propiedad horizontal con un valor agregado de prestación de servicios contables y jurídicos, que se rija bajo el cumplimiento de las leyes colombianas de propiedad horizontal. Este proyecto busca satisfacer la necesidad que tiene el crecimiento infraestructural en el municipio de Ricaurte Cundinamarca, con la satisfacción del sistema de administración de propiedad horizontal, cumpliendo a cabalidad con las necesidades de la población. Este proyecto tiene como finalidad promover la generación de empleo y abarcar un mercado poco explorado en la región con ideas innovadoras y un sistema de mejora continua que permita satisfacer cada día más necesidades de la población. ABSTRACT: Starting from the organizational and regional development research line, included within the business investment project management system of the University of Cundinamarca, the aim is to create a business in the city of Girardot called "NYJ HORIZONTAL PROPERTY REACHED BY EVERYONE" whose The purpose is to provide a horizontal property management service with an added value for the provision of accounting and legal services, which is governed by compliance with Colombian horizontal property laws. This project seeks to satisfy the need for infrastructure growth in the municipality of Ricaurte Cundinamarca, with the satisfaction of the horizontal property management system, fully meeting the needs of the population. This project has the power to promote job creation and cover a little explored market in the region with innovative ideas and a continuous improvement system that will allow satisfying more and more of the population's needs.
