El proyecto "propuesta para el mejoramiento del recaudo del impuesto de industria y comercio en el municipio de Guayabal de Siquima Cundinamarca" comienza con la creación y entrega de una base de datos u censo de establecimientos de comercios ubicados en el municipio de Guayabal de Síquima para uso y lectura exclusivo de la alcaldia para que se tenga el conocimiento, control, administración de las entidades que tiene el municipio del cumplimiento de las obligaciones. En él se viene acompañado de otros análisis y estudios que se realizaron dando datos generales sobre cuantos han pagados, cuanto están evadiendo, cuantos están o no inscritos en cámara de comercio o su actividad principal y entre otros datos relevantes para la toma de decisiones en la administración municipal, también y posteriormente se estudió los estatutos tributarios de los demás municipios cercanos al de la Jurisdicción de Guayabal de Siquima con el fin de mirar sus leyes referentes al impuesto de industria y comercio y establecer mejoras en el estatuto local y perfeccionar de manera legal y la adecuada administración de los recursos o del impuesto mismo. Abstract: The project "proposal for the improvement of the tax collection of industry and commerce in the municipality of Guayabal de Siquima Cundinamarca" begins with the creation and delivery of a database or census of business establishments located in the municipality of Guayabal de Siquima for use and exclusive reading of the largest office that the knowledge, control, administration of the entities that the municipality has of the fulfillment of the is known.
