DISEÑO DE UN SISTEMA DE CONTROL INTERNO BASADO EN EL MODELO COSO IV PARA LA EMPRESA SB TALEE DE COLOMBIA S.A.S

La metodología de investigación de este proyecto es descriptiva tiene como objetivo crear un diseño de sistema de control interno basado en el modelo coso IV para la empresa SB TALE DE COLOMBIA SAS. Se tomó como referencia el modelo de COSO IV ya que vincula toda la gestión de riesgo al cumplimiento de una estrategia, al aplicar sus cinco componentes y sus veinte principios que permiten el seguimiento y el control de las operaciones y procesos de la entidad, garantizando el logro de los objetivos establecidos por la empresa. El desarrollo de la investigación se llevó a cabo en cuatro fases, la primera fase es la recolección de datos que se realizó bajo diferentes técnicas como encuestas y entrevistas, la segunda fase es el reconocimiento del entorno que se realiza mediante la observación de procesos, la tercera fase es el diseño del sistema de control interno que plasma los procesos de cada una de las áreas, en la cuarta fase se genera un informe con conclusiones y recomendaciones que ayudan a la toma de decisiones. ABSTRACT The research methodology of this project is descriptive aims to create an internal control system design based on the IV COSO model for the SB TALE company of Colombia SAS. The IV Coso model was taken as a reference since it links all risk management to the fulfillment of a strategy, when applying its five components and its twenty principles that allow the monitoring and control of the entity's operations and processes, guaranteeing the achievement of the objectives established by the company. The development of the research was carried out in four phases, the first phase is the collection of data that was carried out under different techniques such as surveys and interviews, the second phase is the recognition of the environment that is carried out by observing processes, the Third phase is the design of the internal control system that reflects the processes of each of the areas, in the fourth phase a report is generated with conclusions and recommendations that help decision making.
