Item Estudio comparativo de las cadenas productivas alimentarias de la provincia sabana de occidente de cundinamarca desde la perspectiva de la oferta y demanda(2019-10-07) Aguiar Fetecua, Cristian AlejandroEl presente estudio comparativo tiene como finalidad mostrar un panorama y generar un diagnostico claro sobre la situación histórica y actual de las cadenas productivas alimentarias de Carne, papa y harina en cuanto a la oferta. y las cadenas productivas de Aromáticos té y café; Molinería; repostera y panadería y Hortofrutícola en cuanto a la oferta en la provincia sabana occidente de Cundinamarca frente a sus similares a nivel Departamental (Cundinamarca) y a nivel nacional, además se busca identificar las principales problemáticas del sector analizando además los factores macroeconómicos que interactuan y afectan la productividad para finalmente identificar el aporte que realiza cada una de estas cadenas productivas en el cumplimento y consecución del plan de competitividad regional, el plan de seguridad alimentaria y los objetivos del milenio. ABSTRACT The present comparative study aims to show a ppanorama and generae a clear diagnosis on the historical and current situation of the food production chains of Meat, potatoo and flour in the supply, and the food production chains of Aromatic tea and coffee; Molinería; Baker's and bakery and Hortofrutícola in terms of supply in the western savannah province of Cundinamarca in front of their similar ones at the Departmental level (Cundinamarca) and national level, in addition seeks to identify the main problems of the sector analyzed in addition the macroeconomic factors that interact and affect the Productivity to finally identify the contribution made by each of these productive chains in the fulfillment and achievement of the regional competitiveness plan, the food security plan and the millennium goals.
